You must be over 18 and be allowed to travel to Denmark to participate. In order to participate,
- submit your original blog post via http://www.denmark.net/jazz by June 22nd, 2009,
- and put one of the "Denmark.net Jazz Weekend" buttons on the blog that has your post
By participating in the competition, you grant Denmark an irrevocable license to publish the submitted blog post world wide via the web and other media, free of charge. You also allow Denmark.net to state your name if you are among the 51 winners.
Denmark.net reserves the right to deny participations without giving further reason. Denmark.net reserves the right to exclude the participant if Denmark.net believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to Denmark.net.
Winners will be notified via the email address that was provided at the time of the submission. If the winner cannot be contacted by Denmark.net with reasonable effort within 30 days after the end of the competition, the win is void.
Participants are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in this competition.
For the winner, Denmark.net will pay economy class airfare for one person to Copenhagen and 2 nights in a hotel selected by Denmark.net. Denmark.net will not help in arranging any travel visa or other travel documents.
