With direct reporting line to Group Procurement Director based in Denmark, you will be part of a team of 24 highly qualified people, located in Europe, Americas and Asia. You will work out of Hempel´s office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and will interact daily with Regional Supply Chain Manager for Middle East as well as Production Units, Sales Regions, Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing.

Your main activity consists in:

Category management:

defining sourcing strategy for Global categories together with Global Category Managers. negotiate and secure best deal in terms of price, payment terms, and security of supply for Regional categories.

Sourcing:

maintain and develop regional sourcing strategy ensure timely availability of raw materials for six factories across the Middle East
