Arla Foods is ready to introduce Operational Excellence (OPEX) across our dairies, and we are scouting for a handful of Area Excellence profiles. If you have vast experience within production, packaging, plant maintenance, utilities or site planning, we have a challenging job lined up for you.
As one of our new Area Excellence Managers you will have an important role in developing and implementing Operational Excellence plans within your designated area of responsibility. To this end, you assume the role as advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders at our dairies, and you focus on securing alignment between the OPEX programme, business plans and execution.
