Semco Maritime?s division Power Projects design and build Power Plants and Power Distribution equipment in a number of countries around the world.

Referring to the Senior Vice President of the division, you will take charge of the division?s process development and management. You will ensure that projects are executed in accordance with agreed processes and at all time strive to make the processes even better and more efficient.

You will follow our projects from the beginning to the end to find improvement opportunities and you will ask the critical questions during the project.

You will ensure the improvements and learning through one-to-one coaching, team-coaching, feed-back sessions and training.
