Country Manager for our Passenger Business
DFDS A/S, Copenhagen
Business Unit Passenger is looking to appoint a customer driven and ambitious Country Manager for our Danish & Swedish sales agency based in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the agency Profit & Loss, a total Turnover of MDKK 200, 40 employees whereof 11 direct reports. The Country Manager reports to Head of Business Unit passenger. The Country Manager also represent the agency in the Copenhagen-Oslo and Esbjerg Harwich route management teams and it?s 290.000 Danish/Swedish guests.
Your role as Country Manager is to continue to drive and develop the agency, manage short term challenges (e.g. how to optimize tomorrows departure) and long term challenges (agency and route 3-5 year strategy plans) and continue the individual target performance settings and follow up.
