As our new Production Manager you will be part of the factory management team whose main objective is to run and optimize the manufacturing site.

During the first year in Aalborg your main responsibilities will be:

Run daily technical and operational production activities for 2 product families Rationalize workflows and implement new technologies Ensure alignment with environmental and health & safety standards Participate in further optimization of processes in production and supply chain Production planning in the section as well as delivery, quality and cost-effectiveness Coach team coordinators and structure training of staff in self-managed teams.
You must be committed to move to Vietnam after one year in Aalborg. Alfa Laval Aalborg A/S
