Corporate Lawyer
FLSmidth, Valby
You will engage in all areas of corporate law as legal adviser and as practician. As such, you will advise on Danish company and securities law and assist with the drafting and negotiation of sales and project contracts with foreign clients, and hereby be the legal sparring partner of our sales departments and project management. You will also:
prepare cooperation agreements for agents as well as joint venture and consortium partners be involved in M&A work and the drafting of relevant project financing documentation lecture internally e.g. within contract lawYou are an experienced Lawyer or Corporate Lawyer and have worked for at least 3 years either in a commercial law office or at an international enterprise. You are proficient in Danish company law, securities law, contract review and drafting in English.
