Party at Vega NightClub in Copenhagen

The Danish capital of Copenhagen offers several spacious and popular venues for concerts and major conventions. There’s the Forum and Bella Center among others.

However, there’s a new place where concerts of international and local music artists are now continuously held. The name is Store Vega or simply Vega which is owned and run by a commercial fund composed of seven board members. The people behind the fund wanted to create a unique music venue of the highest quality and international standard for the great satisfaction of music fans when they watch the performances of their favorite artists in Copenhagen.

With an elegant interior design dominated by dark wooden panels, mahogany floors as well as original banisters, balustrades and lamps, the place boasts of exotic Scandinavian architecture. The building has a two-level main hall and three lounges with bars designed in the classical 60’s. It can accommodate from 1,500 to 2,000 people who are guaranteed to enjoy the most advanced sound system and lightings of the place.

Situated on Enghavevej, this large music venue also has a bar known as the Ideal Bar where guests can enjoy their favorite cocktail drinks while watching their favorite artists perform on stage. Tickets for Vega events can be bought online through its website www.vega.dk. A calendar is also available if you wish to get updated with upcoming events.

Vega is a famous nightspot in Copenhagen very accessible by bus and even by foot. You can take a bus in going to this place or just take a leisurely 10 to 15-minute walk from the main station.

There is no wonder why venues for large gatherings such as these are increasing in number in the capital. It is mainly because Copenhagen remains as a center of numerous international events including musical performances. These past weeks saw various music festivals of different genres held in the city all of which were highly successful.
